Dubai's Al Noor Assistive TechX conference is an event spotlighting the latest in assistive technology, that aims to transform and better the lives of those living with various disabilities. The event is centered around inclusivity and spotlights research on new devices that make everyday tasks an easier feat for those with both physical and learning-related conditions.

"The non-profit organisation, which looks after 250 students with various physical and cognitive challenges such as Down syndrome, cerebral palsy and autism," explores how these subjects respond to technology in an effort to perfect existing devices.

The expo also hopes to drive forward the research and development of new tech that caters to different consumer needs, while dispelling stereotypes related to disabilities and their limitations.
