Traceable Dairy Cheeses

These New Applegate Cheeses are Made with Milk from the Midwest

Dairy products don't usually go so far as to let consumers know where all of the ingredients within them are sourced, but this new lineup from Applegate looks to change this. The products within the new collection are all made with milk from the Midwest in the US that is traceable and sourced from cows that have been pasture-raised and not treated with antibiotics. The new collection of sliced cheeses come in six varieties, while the shredded options come in three styles to choose from.

The Applegate cheeses were explained by VP of Marketing, Nicole Glenn, who said, "Our mission has been rooted in the idea that food can transform people’s lives -- from the farmer who grows it to the person who eats it -- and this new cheese line exemplifies that idea. The uncompromising standards for this new cheese line support a thriving community of farmers, their cows and the land to produce what we like to call clean, craveable food."
