Following the success of its Watermelon Smash flavor, Captain Morgan has expanded its lineup of premade, bottled shots with a new Apple Smash variety. Just as the name suggests, the new shot packs a powerful apple punch into every ounce.
Captain Morgan's new Apple Smash flavor consists of Captain Morgan rum blended with punchy fruit flavors. To give consumers a hint at what's inside, each bottle comes with a scratch and sniff label that gives off a whiff of the tart, boozy drink liquor inside. At 30% ABV, the smell is also a good indicator of just how strong this drink really is.
Though the brand recommends that Apple Smash be sipped on its own, it can also be enjoyed in a cocktail with ginger ale for a lighter take on the candy apple flavor.
