Ambrosia Pastry is taking on the artisanal chocolate world with its Ambrosia chocolate line.
Based in Waterloo, Ontario, the company sources fair trade beans from around the world, and uses those beans to make a bar with a totally unique flavor profile. There are currently eight offerings in the Ambrosia chocolate line, each defined by its country of origin and cacao percentage. The range currently begins with its lightest option, a 45% milk chocolate with Nicaraguan beans, to its richest, a 75% dark chocolate with beans from the Dominican Republic. With options like these, consumers are sure to find a bar that they can't resist.
Ambrosia chocolate retails for $8 a bar, making it both an ethical and affordable product that satisfies one's sweet tooth.
