The product consists of a plant-based yogurt that is high in plant protein, while also low in saturated fat and sugars to make it a healthful snack alternative to conventional yogurts. The yogurt is mixed with an oven-baked granola that enhances the satisfying nature of the snack to ensure the consumer can stave off hunger between meals.
