The Safe + Fair Food Company is now expanding its collection of allergy-friendly products with a trio of clean label allergen-free baking mixes. Like the other products from the brand, this means that the baking mixes are free from the top eight allergens, as well as gluten-free and vegan-friendly.
The newly introduced free-from baking mixes include Double Chocolate and Red Velvet Brownie Mixes, both of which are powered by ancient grains and soy-free, dairy-free chocolate chips, as well as a Birthday Cake Blondie Mix with naturally colored sprinkles. As for the bases of these baking mixes, The Safe + Fair Food Company uses a blend of five gluten-free flours made from tapioca, amaranth, white rice and brown rice to create high-quality treats.
