Chocolate brand GoodSam Foods is venturing into gluten-free baking mixes that help to support regenerative agriculture, smallholder farmers and indigenous communities. The Chocolate Cake Baking Mix, Fudgy Brownie Baking Mix and Cacao Pancake Mix products are made with just four to seven ingredients, including almond flour, allulose and organic cocoa powder that is mindfully sourced from Colombia. Allulose, in particular, is gaining consumer interest as a rare sugar.
