The Airbnb Dublin office has an industrial-chic aesthetic, featuring exposed wooden walls and seating areas. The wood looks like it was taken straight off the truck and erected the same day, with no sanding or finishing done. However, that's what makes this office different and one worth writing about.
The design was done by Heneghan Peng, who managed to infuse this industrial look into the office while still maintaining a very open workspace. The goal of this project was to "reflect the lodging and accommodation company’s ethos and culture, while incorporating some irish flair," according to DesignBoom. Touches of green can be seen throughout, including many of the cushions placed in the communal seating area. A few nods to the Irish drinking culture have been thrown into the Airbnb Dublin office too!
