Through a chat interface, TD Bank customers will have the opportunity to check their accounts, review recent transactions and get answers to specific questions on their own spending habits and history. With the AI-powered chat interface, customers will be able to inquire about everything from last week's transactions to how much money they ended up spending on coffee over the course of one month.
