Non-Alcoholic Apéritifs

Seedlip's Creators are Launching 'Aecorn Apéritifs' for Pairing with Food

With many consumers looking to make the switch to low-alcohol or even no-alcohol beverages, a ton of innovative drink brands have emerged over the past few years—the creators of Seedlip (the world's first distilled non-alcoholic spirit) are launching a new venture in the new year by the name of Aecorn Apéritifs.

Aecorn Apéritifs is a first-of-its-kind range of "non-alcoholic apéritifs," which are based on European traditions. As of early 2019, three expressions are set to be introduced, each of which will be produced from English grapes and aromatically enhanced with herbs, roots and bitter botanicals.

According to Claire Warner, the managing director of Aecorn Apéritifs, "Seedlip has given those who are not drinking a seat at the bar and now Aecorn Apéritifs will give everyone who is not drinking, a seat at the table.”
