Low-Alcohol Aperitivo Spirits

The New Berry Bros & Rudd Barrel-Aged Aperitivo Has Just a 1% ABV

The growing low-alcohol brand Botivo has teamed up with the expert fine wine and spirits maker Berry Bros & Rudd to launch the new Berry Bros & Rudd Barrel-Aged Aperitivo.

With an ABV of just 1%, the new Berry Bros & Rudd Barrel-Aged Aperitivo is a low-alcohol spirit that's perfect for consumers looking for a less boozy drink option. In fact, the ABV is less than 0.15% when served with soda water. The new product is made from aged British apple cider vinegar, along with Islay whisky that has been aged in barrels for three years. The result is a unique flavor profile that includes notes of cherry bark, peat, gentian and wildflower honey.

The new Berry Bros & Rudd Barrel-Aged Aperitivo will officially hit the market on January 3, 2025, and only 600 bottles will be available.
