Medbridge partnered with Patient360 to streamline Medicare quality reporting for outpatient rehabilitation practices. The integration connects patient-reported outcomes already collected through Medbridge One Care with Patient360, a CMS-approved Qualified Clinical Data Registry, reducing the need for separate manual reporting workflows.
Patient360 will handle measure stewardship, benchmarking, score calculation, CMS submission and audit support for the Merit-based Incentive Payment System. Medbridge users can collect outcomes such as PROMIS assessments alongside home exercise, participation and progress data, then use those records for quality reporting. Practices can also limit reporting to selected National Provider Identifiers rather than enrolling their entire patient roster.
For rehabilitation providers, the partnership reduces administrative work while helping support MIPS compliance and avoid potential Medicare payment penalties. The integration reflects growing automation around value-based care reporting and patient-reported outcomes.
