The popularity of social media infographics are very telling of the society some of us live in at the moment. Social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook dominate the Internet and control and influence the way in which people read and receive news.
Due to the massive power that social media sites have over the majority of Internet users, it is only natural that people are curious about them and are always looking to learn more about them. Educating oneself on the nature of such sites will elevate someone’s understanding of what exactly those sites are in control of and who they influence.
Some of the included infographics are humorous and some are shocking, but the common thread remains, they are all informative.
