Designers are cashing in on the eco-friendly bid to save the world by creating eco friendly garments, shoes, and accessories to lure the average consumer concerned about the environment into buying their apparel. Chic fashion finds such as vegan shoes, self-sustaining swimwear and solar powered leotards are all included in this cluster of eco-friendly fashion finds.
Implications - "Going green" is no longer just about the environment -- it's about style too! The fashion industry (as with other industries) was hesitant to try this new way of thinking, but once they took the leap, the fashion market grew even stronger. Sometimes doing something that seems risky can have a huge payoff.
