Making things transparent or invisible is clearly a popular innovation. Some appliance trends include a clear-sided toaster which allows you to watch your toast burn or even washbasin and toilet aquariums. Clothes can become invisible in fashion and art or when viewed with the latest X-ray technology for security at airports. Even the car we drive could have clear rims or body casings, or as one witty ad would have it, go completely missing!
We could bathe in a transparent tub or paddle in a transparent kayak, carry a clear briefcase to work and bring back invisible presents for our honeys! Being able to view the internal workings or structures of objects is a novelty innovation we will certainly see through in this cluster.
