Many have grown up with images of ninjas in their heads, with shows like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) bringing ninjas into pop culture.

The Ninja Turtles were initially comic book characters before they were made into video games, toys, films and cartoons. These traditional evil-fighting turtles have been modified a bit since they were created. There are now several different versions of them. For instance, the Jeff Chapman depictions of the ninja creatures are more gritty and realistic, adding an interesting twist to the comical characters.
