Reebok’s Instapump Fury 94 EREN Applies Manga-Inspired Graphics to Runners
Reebok has partnered with Hidarikiki no Eren creator Kappy on a special edition of the Instapump Fury 94. Named the Instapump Fury 94 EREN, the sneaker translates the visual language of the manga into Reebok’s iconic laceless silhouette. Hand-drawn shadow graphics appear throughout the upper, while the inflatable Pump cage is outlined with sketch-like black detailing that creates the illusion of a two-dimensional illustration. Kappy also contributed original handwriting and pen-stroke elements, embedding references to the series directly into the design.
The collaboration adopts a monochrome black-and-white palette inspired by ink-on-paper manga artwork. Beneath the graphic treatment, the shoe retains the Instapump Fury’s signature construction, including the customizable Pump fit system, split midsole, and durable rubber outsole. The contrast between the technical running silhouette and comic-book-inspired artwork gives the sneaker a distinctive illustrated appearance.
