An Alabama-based company by the name of Curtiss Motorcycles has unveiled a truly gorgeous yet monstrous electric motorbike, dubbed the Zeus, over at the Quail Motorcycle Gathering in California.
Aesthetically, this motorbike stands out from the crowd due to what the company's design director Jordan Cornille describes as its "minimalist, pure, organic brand language." Developed over several years, the Zeus motorbike ensures that its aesthetics do not get in the way of its performance by packaging its electronic components in a manner that keeps performance, comfort and weight distribution in mind.
As far as performance is concerned, this particular electric motorbike comes equipped with a 14.4 kilowatt-hour lithium-ion battery pack as well as a unique E-Twin powertrain that works in conjunction with a pair of electric motors.
Brutal yet beautiful in its aesthetic appeal and reliable in performance, this electric motorbike could herald a fruitful new era in American motorbike craftsmanship and engineering.
