The transition from adolescence to adulthood can be a rocky one, so the Empower Yoga Studio in Beverly, Massachusetts developed a program that specifically teaches yoga for young adults.
The 'EmpowerU' program runs as a summer-long program for students between the ages of 17 to 22.
