The Marvel franchise is said to be expanding with the production of a new X-Men TV show in collaboration with American media channel Fox.
The series will be written by Matt Nix, who is also credited to 'Burn Notice.' According to HYPEBEAST, news of the project was announced by FX, its sister network. Fox's take on the expansive mutant world will focus in on Professor X's son as he leads a new generation. As with other renditions, the X-Men TV show will speak to human inequality and systemic discrimination, following a family who is on the run from the government after discovering the powers of their children.
When the X-Men TV show will make its debut isn't clear as of yet, however its reported that Fox has been pushing for the series for years.
