'Woom' is the name of an all-new type of wellness center in New York City that encourages people to raise their vibration with an experience that explores "non-ordinary states of consciousness."
Experiences at Woom are designed to engage all of one's senses for healing. The space is set up in a similar way to a yoga studio with bolsters, blocks and mats, but it is enhanced with a 4D sound system, projection walls and diffusers that release scents. A few of the varieties offered at Woom include 'Sound Dive' and 'Dance of Liberation.'
As a companion to the multi-sensory experiences offered, Woom also features an on-site vegan cafe with a seasonal menu that emphasizes the use of food as medicine.
