Funky Wooden Rocks

Wood Geos by Haley Ann Robinson are Inspired by Geometry and Nature

The Wood Geos series gives geometry and gems a funky twist. First of all, as the title suggests, these rough 'gems' are blocks of wood that have been sculpted to look like precious stones. Secondly, the Wood Geos have been decorated with vibrant patterns using neon paints that really give them a modern edge. Beautifully decorative, they are like abstract sculptures that will appeal to all ages, but really speak to younger generations.

Created by Haley Ann Robinson, a graphic designer, illustrator and artist based in Portland and Los Angeles, the Wood Geos series highlights specific visual planes and grain patterns in each piece. Playfully artistic, they could easily be regarded as modern day relics. She was especially inspired by geometry and nature when creating them.
