Danja Weber's 'White Satellites' Are Stunning Interlocking Spheres

— February 9, 2009 — Fashion
Dunja Weber is a creative designer from Luxembourg, she works in Milan. Recently I’ve discovered her jewelry collection, called 'White Satellites.' 'White Satellites' are a bunch of white plastic spheres that connect and form a unique necklace.

Weber says that these kind of rings are impossible to produce unless they are manufactured by rapid prototyping methods. "The revolution of a section around an axis creates a ring. Three rings form a sphere, the spheres interfere, twenty-one interfering spheres become jewelry."
