With BBQ season just around the corner, Carl's Jr. has put a summery twist on its beloved waffle fries with the introduction of Western Bacon Crisscuts. Inspired by the chain's new Western Bacon Cheeseburger, the loaded fries are perfect for meat lovers.
The new Western Bacon Crisscuts are a decadent side dish that starts with Carl's Jr.'s crispy Crisscut seasoned potatoes. The waffle fires are then topped with shredded cheese, applewood-smoked bacon, and the chain's signature BBQ sauce.
While the new fries are not available nation-wide, fans have spotted the side dish in Oregon, Utah, and California. However, with the new Western Bacon Cheeseburger readily available at most Carl's Jr.'s locations, its likely that the French fry counterpart will not be far behind.
