The 'O-Drone' water safety devices have been designed with an exceptional focus on being reactionary to ensure that they are as functional as possible in the event of an emergency. Designed by Jung Myeongha and Huh Woojong, the 'O-Drone' starts off as being lightly inflated when not in use to ensure that it is ready to be tossed to a person if they are in trouble. Once the 'O-Drone' detects that it has been received by the person it will further inflate to provide additional buoyancy to complete the functionality.
The 'O-Drone' water safety devices identify the need for more sophisticated solutions when it comes to personal safety and how the implementation of smart technology in more diverse areas could save lives.
