Mini Solar Sea-Doos (UPDATE)

The ASAP Water Rescue Craft is Compact, Quick and Eco-Friendly

ASAP has been working on its Water Rescue Craft for a little while now, and it's progressed quite well. What you're seeing looks rather different from an older model that was featured on here, with this one being visibly larger.

The current version offers greater surface area to keep the lifeguard slightly elevated above the ocean's surface. It's got plenty of handles placed around the top of the hull so that a distressed swimmer can more easily get a secure hold.

One of the greatest features of the ASAP Water Rescue Craft is what keeps it running. The compact jetski is sun-powered, and therefore capable of passively recharging as it sits on the beach. In the instance of a drowning or a rip tide, the rescuer can hop on and take off, never with a worry that the gas tank might be low.
