Gala Games and Unity are Developing the 'VOXverse' Metaverse

Gala Games teamed up with Unity Technologies to develop the 'VOXverse' 3D metaverse. The VOXverse will be a large-scale 3D platform that hosts a variety of Gala Games' Games. The platform will be centered around the 'VOX Collectible Series' of NFT-tied digital avatars. As such, each player on the game will possess a VOX collectible avatar that they will use as their virtual appearance.

The partnership is reportedly valued at $20 million USD, which is large-scale even given the size of Gala Games. Gala Games has made a name for itself in the public eye as a metaverse expert. The company has previously developed largely successful web3 gaming titles and has accrued a total playerbase of over 1.3 million players. Currently, Gala Games has 28 web3 titles currently in development that may integrate with the VOXverse platform.
