Not your average museum space, this area known as Level Green was created for visitors at the Volkswagen Autostadt factory in Wolfsburg, Germany for a permanent exhibition on sustainability.
All of the green is similar to something you would see in one of those old school 007 shooting video games. Architects J Mayer H, a firm out of Berlin in collaboration with Art+Com, are responsible for creating Level Green.
Implications - In the last few years, the video game industry has skyrocketed to one of the most lucrative in the entertainment world. Companies can capitalize on this fervent and large fan-base of consumers by developing products that are either co-branded with a video game or feature some elements of the gaming world. The companies stand to benefit from a pre-existing fanbase, and immediately embed the company image of a forward-thinking, avant-garde brand in the minds of consumers.
