Aston Martin's Volante Vision Features a VTOL Design

Aston Martin has cemented itself as an automotive innovator on the road but the British carmaker recently showcased its Volante Vision concept showing an interest in the flying car craze. Like the personal air-transportation concepts released by Uber, the Volante Vision uses vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL), which allows the vehicle to land and take flight in tight urban areas. The vehicle is powered by hybrid-electric power and according to Aston Martin, is capable of autonomous flight.
The exterior of the Volante Vision doesn't look like anything Aston Martin has ever produced. The front wing resembles something out of Formula 1 and the main fuselage is incredibly sleek. The entire vehicle is fairly compact in size and the interior is a blend of futuristic and luxurious elements.
