In an effort to help consumers bring the restaurant experience into their homes while sheltering in place, the food delivery brand DoorDash created restaurant-inspired Zoom backgrounds that can be used for virtual dinner parties.
The new Zoom background are part of a program called 'The Lunchroom,' which was created by DoorDash to give consumers a complete virtual dining experience. This program includes Zoom backgrounds designed to look just like consumers' favorite restaurants and curated Spotify playlists to go along with each one. Some of the virtual restaurant experiences include The Cheesecake Factory, Chili's, Cracker Barrel, and Buffalo Wild Wings. This means that hosting virtual diner parties is as simple as choosing a restaurant, placing a delivery order through DoorDash, and then using the corresponding Zoom background.
