As the popularity of video games continues to rise, technology company NOVIS recently launched BlindConsole -- a virtual console that's specifically designed to cater to blind and visually impaired individuals. The virtual console boasts 360 degree sound with acoustic feedback and Bluetooth connectivity.
The BlindConsole boasts gesture recognition and tactile feedback along with motion tracking capabilities. With multi-player features, users with or without sight can play a variety of video games.
To use the device, simply connect the virtual console to BlindConsole's app using Bluetooth. After the desired game is selected, users can follow the audio tutorial to begin interacting with the game.
