Nextoffice design studio created the Villa for Older Brother, a one-of-a-kind residence in Iran. Reaching 10,000 square feet, this spacious structure was created to combine an umbrella-like roof that towers over a bowl-shaped pool. Split into multiple apartments, common spaces and public areas, this house boasts large windows throughout that offer expansive views.
With landscaping incorporated into the interior as well as the exterior, the Villa for Older Brother opens up completely to the outdoors to fill each room with light and natural air. Shaped after a cube, this villa is packed with amenities including a parking garage, a janitor's studio, storage rooms, wine cellars, a gym and a two-season swimming pool. The Villa for Older Brother is unlike anything seen in the area.
