Sharing with the audience what she thinks are important life lessons to be learned from video games, this video games illustration series is comical and is surprisingly full of quirky pieces of wisdom to be learnt.
Designed by illustrator Julia Lepetit, the video games illustration series uses a backdrop of scenes from popular games and layers it with text of important life lessons like “taking pride in your work," “focusing on what you’re good at," it's never too late to make things right" and "our biggest enemy can be ourselves."
There is something deep and almost prophetic about the simplicity of the messages and how they are presented. Mixing something like graphic illustrations and statements about life may not seem like the best mix, but somehow Lepetit does a brilliant job fusing them together to create this series.
