Essentially all you have to do is get a set of edible markers and recreate images of slices of vegetables on macarons. Start by creating a tomato slice with a red marker and run it around the edge of a pink macaron. Before the marker dries you can blend it with your finger. Add segment parts, seeds and blend a bit more until it looks just like a tomato. You can repeat these easy guidelines with all kinds of other veggies like cucumber and onion. Pierce a few different macarons onto a kabob stick and they are ready to be served.
