'The Butcher's Daughter' is a vegetarian cafe and juice bar in New York City that offers an assortment of flavorful plant-based options for those who crave health, yet convenient choices when eating out. The eatery specializes in vegan-friendly versions of comfort foods like morning pastries, pasta, cheese and even steak frites.
But the eatery's newest space in Venice is more than just a sit-down restaurant with a 50-foot communal dining space, there's an area of The Butcher's Daughter that also serves as a bar that serves 'Sassy White' and 'Slutty Red' wine options in addition to a range of cocktails. Beyond this, the multipurpose space also houses an espresso bar, as well as a plant-based butcher station and a market area that supplies accessories to support healthy, active lifestyles.
Soon, there are also plans to expand the business with a juice truck and a new concept called 'Bungalow + Breakfast,' a modern interpretation of a bed and breakfast that will supply guests with breakfast vouchers to The Butcher's Daughter.
