The pair of new plant-based seafood dishes feature Swell Catch Plant-Based New England Style Crab Cakes; there's the Crab Cake Burger served with lettuce, tomato and a creamy aioli sauce, as well as the Crab Cake Appetizer with a bed of greens and garlic aioli sauce.
This partnership with Copper Branch is the first restaurant partnership of its kind for Swell Catch in Canada. Now, Canadians have the chance to experience the texture-rich, crab-like cakes and their sweet flavor accented with wholesome ingredients like bell peppers, green onions and spice. The Swell Catch blend replicates the experience of seafood in a cruelty-free way with peas, chickpeas, lentils, soy, fava beans and navy beans.
