Valsoia Plant-Based Gelato has introduced two new additions to its Italian Flavor Gelato range to satisfy consumer cravings for classic desserts with a modernized, dairy-free recipe. The product range now features the Tiramisu Gelato Pint alongside the Salted Caramel Con, which are both plant-based, gluten-free and made with cashew. The products will be presented by the brand at ANUGA 2025 in Cologne, Germany from October 4 to 8, 2025.
The new additions to the Valsoia Plant-Based Gelato range are each vegan-friendly and respond to the changing landscape in the European food market. This is seeing many consumers seek out free-from versions of classic recipes with brands responding in kind with bold new takes on traditional treats that also prioritize a convenient format.
