KPM Berlin is a label that delivers intricately handcrafted porcelain products and it recently worked in collaboration with Hamburg artist Stefan Marx to create its URBINO collection. The new capsule is a tea set that boasts artistic designs done by the illustrator. The small set is entitled Sundaayyyssss Teatime Set and it is the latest addition to the overarching URBINO series. As High Snobiety explains, "the set draws inspiration from Japanese tea culture and contemporary art."
URBINO was originally created in 1931 by Trude Petri, and it is currently on permanent display in New York's MOMA. Every piece in the new Sundaayyyssss Teatime Set is created by hand by Marx himself in Berlin, so customers will have to wait up to two months for delivery.
