Tonic Water Syrups

This Tonic Syrup Was Developed for Experimentation with Tonic Water

American Beverage Marketers (ABM) and drinks expert Giuseppe Gallo recently joined forces to create Bon Vivant Tonic Syrup. This unique and versatile syrup was specifically developed for bartenders and it will help them to experiment with tonic water in response to the growing popularity and interest in gin and tonic beverages.

The tonic syrup is said to be herbal, floral, crisp and less sweet that pre-made tonic water, but yields a tonic water cocktails that are more authentic and consistent. The collaborators note that it best pairs with London Dry gins with strong notes of juniper for making gin and tonics, and the Bon Vivant Tonic Syrup can even be used as a stand-in for sugar in some classic cocktails.
