Tina Stoica's 'Jelly Gigant' is a large-scale art installation that aims to bring the marine world ashore. Its jelly-like orbs are meant to encourage interaction and allow the viewer/participant to recall marine invertebrates in an organic setting.

Tina Stoica is from Bucharest, Romania and is a recent graduate of the Bucharest National University of Arts. Check out some other marine-inspired designs below.

Implications - Earth is mostly covered in water, but few consumers get to explore the depths of our world's oceans. Artists such as this one are taking inspiration from the sea and giving art gallery visitors a new way to experience marine life and its forms that doesn't involve getting wet.
