Frumpy Twiggy Photoshoots

The Elle France Tilda Lindstam Editorial Displays Casually Retro Looks

The Elle France December 2014 Tilda Lindstam editorial presents a retro and exceptionally casual look at the model. In the images taken by photographer Andreas Sjodin, Lindstam channeled the chic appeal of Twiggy, seen in thick sweeps of eyeliner and a sleek, side swept hairstyle.

Stylist Tamara Taichman channeled the classic look of the 1960s with a frumpy, relaxed twist. Sjodin's pictures reveal layers, thick sweaters and ruffled fabrics, making Lindstam appear markedly distressed and frumpy, even while clad in upscale apparel.

These distressed elements were furthered by studded leather jackets, lace skirts and high rise socks. Together these pieces reveal eclectic ensembles with an assortment of motifs, ideal for the holiday season and its demand for varied outfits.
