There's a new themed haunted house in Merchantville, New Jersey and it was created by Sun-Maid to capture the essence of the scariest Halloween treat: raisins. With the Raisin House, the brand is leaning into the disappointment that trick-or-treaters feel when they get a little box of shriveled grapes.
Sun-Maid's Raisin House is complete with raisin-themed decorations and a "scare corridor" where zombies in red bonnets will give out samples. On Halloween day, the Raisin House will welcome trick-or-treaters to the interactive hand sampling wall, which features a mix of both decorative and real hands.
Outside of the haunted house, the brand will be sending out bonnet-wearing zombies to take part in the town's Halloween Zombie Run. On social media, Sun-Maid is encouraging people to use TikTok to "Tell Me You're the Raisin House Without Telling Me You're The Raisin House."
