KitKat Unveiled a Luxurious Collection of "Edible Birthstones"

Under its KitKat brand, Nestlé Japan recently introduced a fun new way for those with a sweet tooth to celebrate their birthday with themed chocolate.

KitKat recently announced a limited-edition collection of "edible birthstones," with 12 jewel-tone chocolate bars that will be introduced one by one with the arrival of each new month. To accent each gemstone-colored chocolate, the bars boast flavors like pistachio, raspberry, and blueberry. To kick off the collection, KitKat is introducing the Topaz bar in November, which has an autumnal chestnut flavor. Following this, KitKat will be unveiling the purple yam-flavored Tanzanite chocolate bar in its Birthstone series in December.

As they are released, each piece in the highly giftable chocolate range can be found at Japan's KitKat Chocolatory, as well as online via stores like Amazon and Rakuten.
