The Sicilian Baker is a tantalizing bakery developed by Celebrity Chef Joey Maggiore, his wife and lead designer Cristina Maggiore, and business partners Flora Tersigni and Freddy Nguyen. The star of the bakery is the build-your-own-cannoli bar, which allows for complete customization. Customers simply choose a size (ranging from the mini to the foot-long 'Sicilian), their choice of shell (white chocolate, chocolate, pistachio, or confetti), and their cream filling. There are more than 10 different fillings to choose from, including Nutella, mint chocolate chip, and a "special of the week."
With consumers increasingly looking for ways to personalize their meals, this DIY dessert bar allows each customer to get exactly what they want.
