The Perfect Pairing by Dogfish Head Matches Well with Sharp Cheddar Cheese

For the 2023 holiday season, Dogfish Head announced a new Winter Variety Pack featuring a special, exclusive brew called The Perfect Pairing. This 5.5% ABV hazy pale ale was created in collaboration with Cabot Creamery in Vermont and it's brewed with upcycled whey and ready to be paired with sharp cheddar cheese.

Continuing the idea of perfect pairings, Dogfish Head shared a few of its best recommendations, such as matching Crimson Cru with a classic charcuterie board, World Wide Stout with a piece of decadent chocolate cake, or Pennsylvania Tuxedo with rack of lamb.

Dogfish Head's Winter Variety Pack includes The Perfect Pairing alongside crowd-pleasing favorites like the 60 Minute IPA, 90 Minute IPA and Blue Hen Pilsner.
