Novelist Julian Tepper and painter Jenna Gribbon have just opened up The Oracle Club. Located in Long Island City, it is a members-only salon that caters to both writers and artists. The Oracle Club is made up of three rooms (a library, living room and an art studio), which have been charmingly decorated. Gribbon describes it as "Salvador Dali’s house meets Whistler’s Peacock Room meets Coco Chanel’s house meets Cocteau’s Chapel." Nevertheless, the decor will be constantly evolving, thus always stimulating the members' creativity.
The Oracle Club's library boasts carefully curated books while the art studio is equipped with beautiful antique graphing tables and a communal locker room. The salon also holds special classes and events for its guests.
