Nickelodeon is Introducing Its First Gay Couple in 'The Loud House'

The Loud House is one of Nickelodeon's newest shows that is currently in its first season. The show's main character is Lincoln Loud, a boy who happens to have a big family: 10 sisters and two parents.

The episode 'Overnight Success' will debut the interracial parents of Lincoln's best friend, Clyde McBride, who are both men. The appearance of Harold and Howard McBride will mark the first time Nickelodeon features a gay married couple. A clip of the episode was released on Twitter and received positive audience reaction.
