The Comet Lamp by Tom Dixon is a Luminous Wonder

Tom Dixon recently unveiled the Comet Lamp at Art Stage Singapore.

In collaboration with Veuve Cliquot, Dixon designed the Comet Lamp, which is inspired by the Champagne brand. The lamp is made entirely out of cardboard boxes that have been formed into a geometric beauty. The inspiration behind the shape are Veuve Cliquot's five branched emblems. The Comet lamp's figure was also inspired by a comet sighting in France in 1881. Check out this luminous wonder in the gallery above.
