Anti-Inflammatory Beauty Balms

The Blue Cocoon from May Lindstrom Boasts Blue Tansy

The Blue Cocoon is a soothing beauty balm from May Lindstrom that gets its distinctive hue from the addition of blue tansy, a flower that's native to Morocco and also sometimes called Moroccan chamomile. As the flower stems from the same family as chamomile, it shares many of the same soothing properties. Blue tansy is incredibly rich in antioxidants and is anti-inflammatory, which makes it useful for calming skin that is inflamed or easily irritated.

This product from May Lindstrom is said to melt on contact with the skin to form a "fluid potion" that is best massaged into the skin following a cleansing ritual.

As well as being powered by blue tansy, the blue-tinted beauty balm also includes a range of nourishing natural ingredients, including a base of camellia seed oil and shea butter.
