The Rumination Recovery Balm is a new addition to selfmade's lineup of psychodermatology-powered skincare solutions and it boasts a moisturizing plant-based formula with sensorial benefits. Once squeezed from its tube, the formula transitions from a semi-solid state to an oil that melts into the skin with massage.

Described by the brand as "Icy Hot, but holistic," Rumination Recovery Balm features a nourishing base of safflower oil, shea butter and moringa seed oil, plus warming capsicum and cooling mentol, and other therapeutic ingredients. Aromatically, the balm soothes the mind with the scent of lavender and palo santo berry.

selfmade's Rumination Recovery Balm is the brand's first new launch in over two years. “This is our evolution from just being skin- and beauty-focused, to more psycho-somatic focused on well-being and the whole body,” says founder and CEO Stephanie Lee.
